If it doesn't quite meet your expectations, simply send it back to us within 14 days of receipt - free of charge and hassle-free. A short message is all it takes: we'll send you a return label, and once the clock arrives back with us, you'll receive a full refund.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship: every Anton Schneider clock comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Should a defect in the movement or case occur during this time, our clockmakers will repair your clock free of charge at our workshop in Gütenbach - with the very same hands that built it. And even after the warranty expires, we won't leave you on your own: our repair service accompanies your clock for a lifetime.

Made in Black Forest

Our products are made 100% right here in the Black Forest - from the first carving to the final adjustment of the movement, in our workshop in Gütenbach, where cuckoo clocks have been crafted since 1848.

Our mechanical clocks also carry the VdS seal - the recognized certificate of authenticity for genuine Black Forest cuckoo clocks.
