Repair Service
Every Anton Schneider clock is inspected and repaired by hand at our manufactory in Gütenbach. The consultation is free – you only pay for work that is actually carried out.
How it works

Free enquiry – Tell us about your clock and the fault using the form. We'll get in touch – if needed, we may then ask you to send photos or videos by email. No obligation, free of charge.

Send in your clock – You send us your clock, securely packaged, to our workshop.

Inspection – Our clockmakers examine your clock. On request, you'll receive a binding cost estimate in advance (a flat 20.00 €) – without a cost estimate, this is free of charge.

Servicing or repair – We carefully restore your clock. Payment in advance.

Insured return shipping – Once payment is received, we send your clock back carefully packaged.
Fixed-price servicing (mechanical clocks)

Your clock is fully cleaned and oiled once, and checked for faults in the process. If we find a fault, we'll let you know in advance. We recommend this service every 3–5 years for mechanical cuckoo clocks.

All prices include 19 % VAT. Movements and music cylinders generally cannot be repaired and are replaced with original parts. Nothing is repaired without your consent. Payment in advance, return shipping after payment is received.
