Shipping and Delivery

We ship our clocks carefully packed and fully insured with DHL. Below you will find an overview of our delivery areas, shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping costs apply per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. All prices are final prices. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, product prices are shown without German VAT during checkout.

Delivery to countries not listed here is not possible through the online shop. Please contact us, in many cases we can prepare an individual shipping quote for you.

Deliveries to the United States

For deliveries to the United States we cover the entire shipping cost as well as all import duties. Your order ships duty paid at our expense (Incoterm DDP, Delivered Duty Paid). The price shown in the shop is the final price. There is nothing to pay on delivery, no customs duty and no processing or advancement fees charged by the carrier.

Oversized and pallet shipments

A few particularly large, heavy or delicate clocks cannot be sent as regular parcels and travel as oversized freight or on a pallet. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases. Any additional cost is shown during checkout or, where this is not possible in an individual case, communicated to you before dispatch and agreed with you. In that case we only ship after your approval.

For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods it begins on the day after the contract is concluded, and it ends when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day takes its place.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs clearance in the destination country may extend the delivery time. This is beyond our control.

Duties and import charges outside the EU

For deliveries to the United States, all customs duties and import charges are included in the purchase price and are paid by us. No further costs arise for you.

For deliveries to all other countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import turnover tax and processing fees may apply in addition. These are not included in the purchase price or in the shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. The amount depends on the regulations of the respective destination country. Further information is available from the customs authorities there.

Please note: if a shipment is returned to us because import charges were not paid or acceptance was refused, we may invoice the costs incurred.

Shipping and tracking

We ship with DHL. As soon as your order leaves our manufactory you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number, which lets you follow the delivery status of your shipment.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failing to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. It does, however, help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
