Shipping and Delivery Terms

We ship our clocks carefully packaged and insured with DHL. Below you will find an overview of our delivery areas, shipping costs, and delivery times.

The shipping costs stated apply per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. All prices are final prices; for deliveries to countries outside the EU, product prices are displayed without German VAT during the ordering process.

Delivery to countries not listed here is not possible via the online shop. Please feel free to contact us – in many cases we can provide you with an individual shipping quote.

Bulky Goods and Pallet Shipping

Certain particularly large, heavy, or delicate clocks cannot be sent by regular parcel post and are instead shipped as bulky goods or on a pallet by a freight forwarder. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases. Any additional costs will be shown during the ordering process or – where this is not possible in an individual case – communicated to you and agreed with you before shipment. In this case, the goods will only be shipped once you have given your consent.

In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded, and it ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the next working day takes its place.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, the delivery time may be extended by customs clearance in the destination country. We have no influence on this.

Customs Duties and Import Charges for Deliveries Outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer directly to the competent customs or tax authorities. The amount of these charges depends on the regulations of the respective destination country; further information is available from the customs authorities there.

Please note: If a shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of import charges or refusal of acceptance, we may charge you for the costs incurred as a result.

Shipping and Tracking

Shipping is carried out by DHL. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow the delivery status of your shipment.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
