Chalets
Chalet clocks tell stories: a Black Forest house in miniature, with wooden shingles, flower-decked balconies and a whole scene in front – the wood chopper at his block, the mill wheel by the stream, the company around the tavern table. On the hour, everything begins to move.
The smaller houses from around 20 cm run on a mechanical 1-day movement, usually without music. The larger scenes up to 60 cm use an 8-day movement that also drives the music box and the moving figures. Selected models are available with an electronic movement. Every clock is painted, fitted and assembled by hand in Gütenbach in the Black Forest.
