Small, but full of life
The mill wheel turns under a roof of its own, with firewood stacked in front. In the middle two friends sit at the table raising their mugs, and a fir tree stands on the right. Hand-painted flowers bloom on the gable boards and on the base.
After the cuckoo call the couple in traditional costume steps onto the balcony and turns to the music of Edelweiss and The Happy Wanderer, while beer drinkers and mill wheel come to life.
At 30 centimetres high, the Mill Tavern also fits where a large chalet would be too much.
